Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2013
An Act to provide for the authorisation of appropriation of moneys out of the Consolidated Fund of India to meet the amounts spent on certain services during the financial year ended on the 31st day of March, 2011 in excess of the amounts granted for those services and for that year.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Banking Laws (Amendment) Act, 2012

West Bengal Finance Act, 2012
An Act to amend the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, in its application to West Bengal, the West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1979, the West Bengal Sales Tax Act, 1994 and the West Bengal Value Added Tax Act, 2003.

Foreign Exchange Management (Transfer or Issue of Security by a Person Resident outside India) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2013
G.S.R.No.38 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (3) of Section 6 and Section 47 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999), the Reserve Bank of India hereby makes the following amendments in the Foreign Exchange Management (Transfer or Issue of Security by a Person Resident outside India) Regulations, 2000 (Notification No. FEMA. 20/2000-RB dated 3rd May 2000) namely:-

G.S.R.No.26 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of sub-section (3) of section 6 and sub-section (2) of section 47 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999), the Reserve Bank of India makes the following amendments in the Foreign Exchange Management (Deposit) Regulations, 2000 (Notification No.FEMA.5/2000-RB dated May 3, 2000) namely :-

Reserve Bank of India Pension (Amendment) Regulations, 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (j) of sub-section (2) of section 58 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Board of Reserve Bank of India, with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the Reserve Bank of India Pension Regulations, 1990, namely :-
